Marilyn has worked in market research recruitment since the late 90's, starting out as a freelance recruiter for DVL Smith (now known as Illuminas). As Marilyn's reputation grew within the research industry, more and more premier research agencies asked Marilyn to work on their projects. As the projects kept piling in, it meant Marilyn had to move away from the classic style of recruitment and take a more digital approach, this lead to the creation of RippleResearch.co.uk.
